You will see surprising sunrise and sunset views in the Annapurna 8,091m-26545ft, Dhaulagiri ranges, and a holy lake (Kayer Lake) which requires a bit wonderful trek from Khopra Danda 3,660m-12007ft. Your Trek starts with a drive to Pokhara valley 822m-2696ft and a drive leading to Syauli Bazaar. From Syauli Bazaar you can start your actual trekking and trek leads through Ghandruk 2,012m-6601ft, Tadapani 2,610m-8562ft, Dobato 3,350m-10990ft, Upper Chistibung 2,950m-9678ft, and finally to Khopra Ridge 3,640m-11942ft. You will get amazing mountain views and sceneries from the viewpoint and make a tour of the holy Kayer Lake. Continue your journey trekking towards Swanta Village, Ghorepani 2,874m-9429ft, Poon Hill 3,210m-10531ft, Tikhe Dhunga 1,480m-4855ft, and finally to Naya Pool from where you can drive back to Pokhara Valley.

After your arrival at Tribhuwan International airport, you will be welcomed by our representatives, who will be responsible for getting you transferred to your hotel. Further plans and programs will also be explained to you. You can have rest and do your own stuff on this day.
Our trekking staff will arrive at your hotel in the early morning and will take you to the Tourist Bus station of Kathmandu valley at Kantipath. After 6 hours of drive from Kathmandu valley, we will reach Pokhara. Pokhara Valley is the most beautiful town in Nepal. Upon arriving at Pokhara valley, you can check into your hotel, rest for a while, have lunch and roam around the city. Lakeside is a great place to hang out in Pokhara. From the valley, you can observe the panoramic view of Annapurna, Machhapuchhre, Dhaulagiri, Lamjung Himal, and Manaslu. You can visit Phewa Lake, do rafting, and hike around the city. Overnight at Hotel.
After breakfast at the hotel in Pokhara, we will take you to Nayapul by private jeep. We will be passing through Dhampus Phedi, Naudanda, Kande, and Lumle before reaching Nayapul. After reaching Nayapul, we will start our trek through a downward easy flat trail towards Birethani, crossing the Madi River. After a short trek passing through the beautiful Syauli Bazaar, Kimche, we will reach Gandruk Village. The path leading to this village offers amazing views of Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre, Hiunchuli, mesmerizing natural sceneries, and wondering landscapes.
After breakfast at Gandruk village, our trekking journey begins and goes through Deurali with the uphill trail. The path crosses the beautiful rhododendron forest, finally leading to Tadapani
Trek from Tadapani to Bayeli Kharka beings our trek into the remote area of the country offering you to explore untouched and unexploited beauty. From Tadapani, we will be trekking in the remote areas for 5 days of our trek which is considered the most adventurous as well as a challenging trail to follow up in our journey. Comforting walk into the beautiful rhododendron and pine forest somehow provide positive vibes in your mind, making you refreshed from another side of your life. The trek follows the upward path, crossing the Deurali ridge and finally leading to Beyali Kharka. You can observe an amazing view of Mt. Dhaulagiri from your lodge.
Continue your trek passing through the green grassy slope, crossing cow and yak pasture land. This is one of the rare things to watch in real, it seems very beautiful and satisfying. You can observe colorful Dhanphe (national bird of Nepal) and Himalayan Thar on the trekking trail. After trekking the uphill trails for some time, we will reach Upper Chistibung.
This is a special day for us because we will finally reach the main destination of our trek today. The trail ascends through alpine meadows and beautiful pastures before arriving at Khopra Danda (Ridge). We will stay at Khopra community lodge, rest for some time, and have our lunch. From the community lodge, you can observe the overwhelming panorama of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Fang, and Nilgiri. After lunch at Khopra community lodge, we will head towards Khopra Ridge’s viewpoint to capture the most beautiful view of many mountain peaks in the Annapurna Region as well as deep valleys and wondering landscapes downward. We will spend our night at the Khopra community lodge.
Today, we are trekking towards a beautiful Santa village. In Santa village, there is a Santa Primary School, which is worth visiting. There are two teachers in the school, who are funded by the profits from the community lodges. On the trekking trail, you can capture mesmerizing views of Dhaulagiri on the backdrop and also provide a lovely view of terraced fields and small traditional houses of the nearby village on the way.
About one hour of the trek from Santa village will join the way towards Ghorepani, which is also one of the attractive destinations for its own. Hence, it may be crowded because of many trekkers at the same time. By afternoon, we will reach Ghorepani, rest for a while, and roam around the village, capturing beautiful views and sceneries. Ghorepani is a great place to stay because of its excellent environment as well as the warm hospitality of villagers over there.
In the early morning, we will visit Poon Hill to capture surprising Sunrise views over the mountain. After the Poon Hill visit, we will trek downward towards Tikhedhunga passing through the rhododendron forest. The trekking trail passes through Ulleri.
After breakfast, we continue our trek to the Naya pool. After reaching the Naya pool, we will drive to Pokhara valley by private vehicle.
It takes about six hours to reach Kathmandu valley from Pokhara in the tourist bus. You can enjoy beautiful mountain views, terraced fields and vegetable fields, green sceneries and small (or big) waterfalls on the way.

For everyone who will plan to Trek in Nepal, it is highly recommended that you get travel insurance that covers added expenses that might result due to various health issues, injuries or accidents (together with the ambulance, helicopter rescue, and other treatment costs). While you’re in Kathmandu, your accommodation is at a standard hotel (Arrival time and departure time). Your accommodation is at best local Lodge and Guest Houses where available. The Mountain local Lodges are clean and have comfortable beds. The Lodges are fairly basic and the room is spare with twin beds. Blankets are generally provided. There is a large dining hall and warmed fitted with a chimney duct, in which a log fire is lighted.
Eating is a big part of the Holiday. Traveling with Northern Trekking Team, you experience the vast array of wonderful Nepalese food, Italian, Thai, Chinese, and several local foods. While on the trek it will be on full board all 3 times meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, with Tea/Coffee) included in the package. Your guide will suggest delicious, hygienic special food during your trips. Generally, choose menu items are Nepalese meals (Dal Bhat), Tibetan fried bread, various types of soups, Momo’s (steamed dumplings), boiled and fried potatoes, kinds of pasta and even pizza. So, overall you have a different choice of foods on the trek. During this trek, you will usually have breakfast and dinner at the same guest house.
You should book the service at least 15 days before the trek departure date. After you confirm your trip with us, you should be transferring us a photocopy of your passport or your personal information. The personal information you have to provide us your first name, middle name, and last name, passport number, date of birth, nationality, and gender. Importantly, you need to pay 20% of the total price in advance for the domestic flight tickets and hotel booking and permit process. You can pay the remaining balance before you start the trek.
How much money or cash you should be bringing with you depends on how you do the trip and the number of days you want to spend here in Nepal. Much also depends on your spending habits. Generally, you must have to take10 to 15 USD for spending your expenses, such as laundry, telephone calls, snacks, camera, and mobile battery charging. How much you will be spending during your trekking depends on the standard of the package you have purchased.

This is a high altitude journey and elevation starts from low 1,570 m to 4,130 m high, where symptoms of AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness) might occur due to dry air, cold wind, and less oxygen.
