From a historical perspective the palaces temples, art, and architecture are the heritage of this ancient city. Pokhara, on the other hand, is the city that will immerse you in the beauty of nature. Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, our staff will receive you at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) and transfer you to the hotel after extending a warm welcome.

We will introduce you with your tour guide who will be with you throughout the tour period.

If time permits, you can stroll in the street of Thamel and enjoy the nightlife.

Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing

What an exciting day it is as you will be capitalizing your dream today! Yes, we will take you to UNESCO listed four cultural sites of Kathmandu—Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, and Swoyambhunath.

To use your tour, you will be assisted by a certified city tour guide and a private vehicle.

Monkey Palace (Hanuman Dhoka), Kumari Ghar (House of Living Goddes) and Kastamandap are the key attractions of Kathmandu Durbar Square.

In Pashupatinath Temple, you will get an opportunity to learn about Nepal’s inclination toward religion and its importance in every Nepali’s life. Pashupatinath is a greatest Hindu shrine of the world. The English translation of Pashupatinath is Lord of Animal.

Bouddhanath is a stupa and is one of the key sites attracting Buddhist. The stupa is the biggest stupa in South Asia.

Finally, we visit Swoyambhunath. It is also known as Monkey Temple. This site attracts nearly a million of Buddhist pilgrims a year across the globe. According to the legend, the existence of Swoyambhunath is since eternity and the civilization of Kathmandu valley is said to be started with the existence of Swoyambhunath. The literal meaning of Swoyambhunath is ‘Self Existing’.

Day 03: Drive to Pokhara

After breakfast, we catch a tourist bus to Pokhara. It is a scenic drive of nearly six hours following Prithvi Highway. The ride is really pleasing as you will be riding along the bank of Trishuli and Marshyangdi River. But yes, try to get ‘B’ side ticket.

The view of mountains before entering Pokhara will melt your heart. It’s is really nice.

Upon your arrival in Pokhara, we will transfer you to the hotel at first where you can get fresh before enjoying a walk-in lakeside in the evening.

Evening walk here (in Lakeside) is going to be one of the best moments of your life and if you are with your spouse or partner, then this experience is something that will leave a deep impression in your heart. Any doubt? Experience it to trust me as Northern Trekking Team never lies.

Day 04: Explore Pokhara

It is jam-packed day today. We will lead you to Sarangkot early in the morning to catch the sunrise. The beauty of mountains with rising sun will melt your heart. after spending a couple of hours here, we will drive you back to the hotel for breakfast.

Paragliding is another adventure that you will be experiencing today. Once again, we will lead you to Sarangkot as the adventure begins from here. You will shar the sky with birds for nearly half an hour.

After this, we will drive you to  a couplele of touristic spots of Pokhara such as Peace Stupa, bat Cave, Mahindra Cave, Devi’s fall and so on.

In the evening, we suggest you experiencece boating in Phewa Lake. The view of Fishtail Mountain (Machhapuchhre Himal) witnessed while boating will make your mood.

Day 05: Drive to Kathmandu

Today we will get back to Kathmandu following same route-Prithvi Highway. You will arrive in the capital by 2 pm.

You will have ample time to roam around Thamel and purchase souvenirs for your friends and family.

In the evening, we will offer you farewell dinner and share your tour—Kathmandu and Pokhara Tour—experience.

Day 06: Back to your Destination

Well, here ends your Kathmandu and Pokhara Tour. We will drop you at TIA three hours prior to your scheduled flight. See you next time for another trip!
