Lobuche Peak trek is designed for those trekkers and mountain lovers who wish to trek of the Himalayas and want to explore the hidden beauties of the Himalayas of our country. If you are planning to climb on one of the mighty Himalayas of our country but don’t have technical climbing experience then the Lobuche Peak climbing is the ultimate option for you. Lobuche Peak is one of the famous trekking destinations at Khumbu region is situated at Khumbu glacier and has two main peaks: Lobuche Far East and Lobuche East. One with good physical stamina and a positive attitude can easily reach the summit of Lobuche Peak.

Lobuche Peak offers the spectacular panoramic views of snowcapped mountain ranges including some of the highest mountain ranges of the world such as Everest (Highest mountain of the world), Lhotse, Nuptse, Amadablam, Pumori, Makalu, Thamserku, and many other beautiful Himalayan ranges. You will also get an opportunity to do the sightseeing of the ancient Buddhist culture and tradition. Exploring the lifestyle and daily activities of Sherpa and Magar people living in the villages of Himalayas is also a major attraction of this trek.

Lobuche Peak trek starts with a scenic flight to Lukla from Kathmandu. We will then trek via Phakding and reach the gateway of Everest, Namche Bazar. Namche Bazar is one of the luxurious and fascinating villages of Everest region as there is a huge number of Spas, cybercafe, restaurants, hotels, lodges, etc. and it is also known as the Thamel of Everest region. We will then head towards Lobuche peak and reach the base camp of Lobuche peak. Leaving the base camp behind, we will climb to reach the summit of this beautiful mountain. The return journey will be via Namche Bazar and then fly back to Kathmandu and end our trip.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport, meet our staff then transfers to Hotel.

Day 02:  Kathmandu (1300m/4264ft): trip preparation

Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2800m.), trek to Phakding (2652m.)

Day 04: Phakding – Namche Bazaar (3440m.)

Day 05: Namche Bazaar Rest for Acclimatization.

Day 06: Namche Bazaar – Tengboche (3867m.)

Day 07: Tengboche – Pheriche (4343m.)

Day 08: Pheriche – Lobuche. (4930m.)

Day 09: Trek to Gorakshep (5140m.) ascent Kala-Pathar (5545m.) Gorakshep.

Day 10: Visit Everest Base Camp and return to Labuche Peak BC & preparation.

Day 11: Summit Labuche Peak 6119m. decent to Dingboche 4243m.

Day 12: Reserve day.

Day 13: Dingboche – Tengboche.

Day 14: Tengboche – Namche Bazaar.

Day 15: Namche Bazaar – Lukla and transfer to Teahouse Lodge.

Day 16: Lukla- Kathmandu by scheduled flight then transfer to Hotel.

Day 17: Kathmandu free.

Day 18: Last minute, transfer to Airport for onward journey.

  •  We provide all camping gear including  – tents for member, dining tent with table and backrest chair, Kitchen tent with utensils, staff, porter and toilet tents on whole trip.
  •  Trekking permit, Everest National park entry fees required for the Labuche peak expedition.
  •  Well-experienced Climbing guide with all his allowance and expenses.
  •  Trekking cook, kitchen staff, Trek Sherpa and other support staff while on Labuche peak climbing.

  • Nepal entry visa fee, you can get Nepal visa up on arrival in the Airport.
